Established in 1982 by Vincent Traynor and his Wife Linda, Broadless has established its reputation as a specialist building company in both the domestic and commercial property markets. Concentrating our efforts in the North West of England, the company has significantly grown its Local Authority based refurbishment and renovation business in the last ten years, whilst at the same time retaining a sharp focus in the area of new build undertakings. The philosophy of our company has not altered since its foundation, namely – to develop our skills and people such that we can always be confident in our ability to deliver craftsmanship and quality at an affordable price.

We firmly believe that our philosophy, and our insistence on putting it into practice, is key to our success and has been a significant factor in the growth that we have enjoyed.
